The ITS World Congress 2027 will take place in Birmingham, UK from 25–29 October 2027, bringing together global leaders, companies, public authorities and researchers shaping the future of smart mobility.

About the Nordic+ Pavilion

• National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham, UK
• Location: Stand C30
• Size: 88 m²
• Purpose: Networking, showcasing innovation, meetings and business development

The pavilion acts as a central hub for Nordic collaboration, enabling participants to:

• Present solutions and innovations to an international audience
• Join pitching sessions and stage presentations
• Meet potential partners, customers and decision-makers
• Connect with Nordic and international stakeholders

The concept follows successful Nordic+ pavilions at previous ITS World and European Congresses.

Nordic+ Night & Joint Activities

As part of the joint Nordic presence, ITS Finland and Nordic+ will also organise:

• Nordic+ Night – a key networking event during the congress
• Joint networking and matchmaking activities and site visits

These activities are designed to maximize visibility and create concrete business opportunities for participating organisations.

Registration and interest

Registration will officially open after the summer. However, organisations interested in joining are encouraged to express their interest early.

For Finnish participants, ITS Finland will coordinate the national delegation and support companies throughout the process.
